FcForged is the custom forged wheel brand of Hainan Fuchang Technology Co., Ltd. We manufacture monoblock, two-piece and three-piece forged wheels at our main factory in Wuhu, Anhui, China, with a second factory in Jining, Shandong.
Our wheels are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum blanks forged on a 12,000-ton press, with magnesium and carbon fiber options, in sizes up to 34 inches. The range covers passenger car, off-road beadlock, floater, H-type, dual rear and aero disc cover wheels.
We work with individual drivers, wheel brands, distributors and shops on custom, OEM, ODM and private-label projects. You can order a single wheel; orders of one to three wheels carry an additional US$75 sample fee per wheel.
Every order starts with drawings or renderings for your approval. Production takes 15–20 calendar days for monoblock wheels and 30–45 calendar days for two-piece and three-piece wheels, and we ship to the United States with duties included (DDP).

U.S. NHTSA manufacturer registration — Hainan Fuchang Technology Co., Ltd. (FcForged) is registered in the NHTSA Manufacturer Information Database as a fabricating manufacturer of motor vehicle equipment (rims). Manufacturer ID 24295.

VIA-accredited wheel test equipment — JWTC approval nos. VIA A-396 (dynamic cornering fatigue), VIA B-352 (dynamic radial fatigue) and VIA C-439 (impact, 13°/30°), valid until 30 Mar 2036. This accreditation covers our test equipment, not individual wheel models.
