Shipping, Payment, Warranty & Returns
This page explains how FcForged produces, ships and supports custom forged wheels for customers in the United States. Your quotation confirms the details for your specific order.
Shipping
- Destinations: We ship to all US states, excluding remote islands.
- Shipping cost: Shipping is quoted separately from the wheel price. It is calculated by wheel size, packed volume and your delivery ZIP code.
- Duties and taxes (DDP): Shipping quotes are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). US import duties and customs clearance fees are included, so you do not pay additional duties on delivery.
- Shipping method: Sea freight is the default. Air freight is available on request; its cost and transit time are quoted separately.
- Transit time: Sea freight typically takes 25–35 days after dispatch. Customs inspections can add time.
- Packaging: Each wheel is packed in its own box with protective foam and corner guards.
- Tracking: We provide a tracking number after dispatch.
- Damage in transit: Please inspect the boxes before signing for delivery. If you find damage, send photos within 48 hours of delivery to your sales contact or to infoweb@fcforged.com. After verification, we will replace or repair the affected item.
Production lead time
- We provide drawings or renderings for your approval before production starts.
- Production takes 25–35 working days after drawing approval and payment of the deposit.
Payment
- Orders are placed and paid through Alibaba.com.
- Production begins after a deposit of at least 50% of the order value. The balance must be paid in full before shipment.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Warranty
Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty
FcForged wheels are covered against structural defects caused by materials or manufacturing, such as cracks or deformation not caused by external force, for as long as the original purchaser owns them. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Finish warranty: 1 year
The wheel finish is covered for one year from delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from accidents or impacts, including curbs and potholes
- Improper installation, or use of incorrect lug nuts or bolts
- Modification or re-machining of the wheel
- Track, racing or competition use
- Normal wear and tear
- Finish damage caused by corrosive or acidic cleaners
How to make a warranty claim
Send your order number, photos or video of the issue and a short description of how the wheel was used to infoweb@fcforged.com. After verification, we will repair or replace the wheel and cover the shipping costs both ways.
Returns and cancellations
- Custom products: Wheels are made to your approved specification, so we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started.
- Specification errors: If the wheels you receive do not match the approved drawings, we will remake or replace them free of charge. If the measurements you supplied were incorrect, the cost of any changes is your responsibility.
- Quality issues: Report quality issues with photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Cancellation before drawing approval: You may cancel and receive a refund, less a US$300 design fee.
- Cancellation after drawing approval: Once drawings are approved and production has started, payments made are non-refundable.
Installation
We recommend installation by a professional tire shop. Tighten lug nuts or bolts to your vehicle manufacturer’s specified torque, and re-check the torque after the first 50–100 km (about 30–60 miles).
