OEM & ODM Forged Wheels for Your Brand
Develop custom forged wheels for your brand with FcForged. We work with wheel brands, distributors and shops on OEM manufacturing, ODM design support and private label projects.
Start with an established design, reference images or a list of requirements. We provide drawings and renderings for your review, then move into production after your approval. Single-wheel samples, four-wheel sets and batch orders have separate order conditions, outlined below.
Choose How We Start Your Project
OEM: Manufacture from Your Design
Share your chosen wheel design, available drawings and target specifications. We prepare drawings and renderings for confirmation before manufacturing to the approved design.
ODM: Develop Your Design Direction
Bring reference images, dimensions and the look you want for your wheel. We turn that direction into drawings and renderings, working through revisions with you before production approval.
Private Label: Add Your Brand
Build a branded wheel project around your selected design, logo, center caps and packaging requirements. Private label details can be included in either an OEM or ODM project.
During design review, revisions within the same wheel style are not limited in number. Changing to a different style carries an additional charge. Original design files, design ownership, confidentiality and exclusivity are discussed and agreed for each project.
Define the Wheel and Fitment Requirements
Discuss one-piece, two-piece or three-piece forged wheels for your project. Send the intended vehicle and use, along with any specifications already decided:
- Wheel diameter and width, including separate front and rear sizes.
- Offset, bolt pattern and center bore.
- Brake setup and any available clearance information.
- Wheel style, finish and required quantity.
Staggered front and rear sets can be made. For batch production, quantities are generally planned around one style and one size; discuss your proposed mix with us.
Private Label Details to Confirm
Custom logos and center caps can start from one unit. These branding quantities are separate from wheel order quantities and sample fees.
For a private label forged wheel project, tell us which logo, center-cap design, colors and packaging details you want to use. We review those requirements alongside the wheel drawings.
Custom packaging has a separate minimum order quantity, calculated for each wheel size. Confirm the packaging format and quantity with us when discussing your project.
From Project Brief to Approved Production
1. Share the project brief
Send reference images or design files, wheel specifications, quantities and branding requirements. Let us know which details still need discussion.
2. Review drawings and renderings
Check the proposed style, dimensions, finish and branding details. Request revisions within the agreed style and confirm the drawings when ready.
3. Arrange samples if needed
Single-wheel samples and other orders of one to three wheels follow the sample fee policy below. Sample lead times are discussed separately from regular production.
4. Authorize production and prepare for shipment
Production begins only after you confirm that we may proceed. Agree on inspection and delivery requirements for the order, and complete payment before shipment.
Manufacturing and Project Checks
FcForged handles turning, milling, non-chrome finishing, packaging and dispatch in-house. We work from the wheel design and drawings approved for your project.
FEA simulation is available for wheel design review. Tell us which dimensional checks, inspection records or test reports your project requires so we can confirm the applicable scope before production.
If you need documentation for a particular wheel design or specification, include that requirement in your initial inquiry.
Order Quantities, Timing and Project Terms
| Order type | Quantity | Key condition |
|---|---|---|
| Sample order | 1–3 wheels | An additional USD 75 sample fee applies to each wheel. |
| Standard custom order | Generally four wheels | Staggered front and rear sets are available. |
| Batch production | Generally 20 or more wheels of one style and one size | Project arrangements can be discussed. |
How are sample fees credited?
When you place a subsequent order of four or more wheels, the USD 75 fee for each previously ordered sample wheel is credited toward that order. For example, two sample wheels carry USD 150 in sample fees; that USD 150 is credited toward a later order of four or more wheels. Remade samples incur the sample fee again.
What are the production lead times?
Regular production lead times are counted in calendar days after drawing approval:
| Wheel construction | Regular production |
|---|---|
| One-piece | 15–20 calendar days |
| Two-piece or three-piece | 30–45 calendar days |
Sample lead times are quoted separately. Chrome finishing adds 10 days. Shipping time is separate from production time.
How do payment and shipping work?
Orders require a 50% initial payment, with the full order amount paid before shipment. Wheels are made to order; we do not hold ready stock or operate overseas warehouses. Shipping arrangements and delivery terms are agreed for each project.
What warranty information should I review?
Structural and finish coverage have separate terms. Finish coverage runs for five years from production completion. Ask us to confirm the applicable structural coverage and claim requirements for your project before ordering.
