This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage, including localStorage, used by the FcForged website.

Your choices

Optional analytics starts only after you opt in. You can accept analytics, reject it, or review your choice using . Rejecting optional analytics does not disable inquiries or the 3D configurator. Necessary security and requested preferences are not switched off by this choice.

Necessary storage and security

Consent preference: localStorage key fcpv_consent stores your Cookie choice, its timestamp and policy version for 180 days. You will be asked again after expiry or a consent-version change. Clearing browser storage removes this preference.
Server consent signal: after analytics is accepted, the first-party fcpv_analytics cookie stores the consent version and original choice timestamp so uncached statistics endpoints can check permission. Its remaining lifetime is limited to the original 180-day consent period, rather than being restarted on each visit. It is removed when analytics is rejected or the choice expires. This cookie communicates your preference; it does not itself measure visits.
Requested 3D preference: choosing “do not remind me” in the configurator stores that preference locally in your browser. This is a user-requested interface preference, not analytics; it remains until browser storage is cleared or the notice preference changes.
Security verification: Cloudflare Turnstile is used for inquiry anti-abuse checks. It connects directly to Cloudflare and may use browser or security information and storage. It remains available when analytics is rejected. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy (new tab).
WordPress / shop operation: login, administration, cart or session cookies may be used when the corresponding feature is used. Their names and lifetimes depend on that feature and session; they are not optional analytics.
Text rendering: WordPress may store an emoji-support test result under wpEmojiSettingsSupports in sessionStorage for the browser tab session. This is used for text display, not optional analytics.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4: usage measurement through Google, potentially including analytics cookies and browser/device identifiers. See Google’s cookie information (new tab) and privacy policy (new tab).
WP Statistics: visit measurement stored in the website database; treated as optional analytics even when a measurement does not require a browser cookie.
WooCommerce attribution: source / campaign and session attribution used for measurement; treated as optional analytics.

These measurements are gated by your analytics choice. Cookie identifiers and durations may vary with the provider’s configuration; a specific retention period is not asserted where it has not been confirmed. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled for this site’s Google Analytics tag. This choice does not authorize personalized advertising.

Change or withdraw your choice

Open at any time. Withdrawing optional analytics permission stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically delete previously collected server-side information, inquiry records or email copies. Your browser also lets you inspect and remove cookies and localStorage. Blocking all storage can affect login, session and saved preferences.

Retention and contact

The operator’s broader data-retention rules are awaiting completion. The 180-day period above applies only to the local consent preference, not to inquiry records or all provider data.
