This notice describes how information is handled through the FcForged website, inquiry form and wheel configurator.

Website operator and contact

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, wheel or vehicle requirements, and the email address and/or WhatsApp number you provide. You may optionally provide a company name, country or region, estimated quantity, and a drawing or reference file. Selected wheel models, configuration details, a related customer case and the source page URL may be included with your inquiry.

How inquiry information is used

These details are used to review requirements, answer questions, prepare quotations and follow up on your project. Inquiry records and uploaded files are stored in the website administration system with restricted access; notification emails also contain inquiry details. Uploaded files are accessed through authorized administration links, not public download links.

Website hosting, email delivery and security providers may process the information needed to run these services. If you follow a WhatsApp link or contact us by email, the relevant messaging or email provider also processes that communication under its own terms.

Security verification

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Your browser connects directly to Cloudflare for this necessary security check. Cloudflare may process network and browser/device information and use security-related storage. This security service is separate from optional analytics and can operate when analytics is rejected. Optional analytics and your choices

Google Analytics 4, locally stored WP Statistics and WooCommerce order-attribution measurement are treated as optional analytics. They are enabled only after you opt in through Cookie settings. Google Analytics may send usage and device information to Google; WP Statistics stores measurement data in the website database. See Google’s Privacy Policy (new tab). Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled for this site’s Google Analytics tag. This choice does not authorize personalized advertising.

Rejecting analytics does not disable the inquiry form or the 3D wheel configurator. You can change your choice using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically erase information already collected.

Retention

The operator’s data-retention periods and review rules are awaiting completion. No fixed retention period is asserted here.

The inquiry system does not currently schedule automatic deletion. Records remain until an authorized administrator reviews and removes them. Email copies, provider records and backups are separate and require their own review; changing Cookie settings does not delete inquiry records.

Requests about your information

Contact the privacy address above, or the clearly labelled business contact if no privacy address is configured, to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. Please identify the relevant inquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information. The administrator must verify your identity and scope before using the website’s personal-data export or erasure tools. Requests submitted only with a WhatsApp number may require a manual search and verification. Applicable rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.

Service providers and international processing

Security, analytics, hosting, email or messaging providers may process data outside your country. Provider locations and applicable transfer arrangements must be reviewed by the operator; this notice does not assert that a particular transfer mechanism or certification applies.
