Q1: What information do l need to provide before quoting?
A:We need to know: car model/wheel picture, wheel size, PCD, CB, ET(offset)color and order quantity
Q2: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM, ODM with customer logo, wheel design and packagedesign.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: For the most common wheels, our minimum order quantity is 4 pieces.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: After we receive the deposit and the customer confirms the 3D drawing ofthe rim, the normal process is 20 days for one-piece, and 35 days for two-piece
Q5: What is the payment term?
A:100%T/T,50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Q6: How do l ensure the quality of the wheels?
A: All of our products meet WL /VlA standards and undergo rigorous impacttesting, turning fatigue testing, and radial fatigue testing. Our factory is lSO /TS16949, TUV/JWL / VIA certified.
Q7: How do you deliver the wheels?
A: We have worked with a number of reliable shipping companies and agents.If you do not have your own agent, we can suggest the most economical wayof transportation.
